19_law_student_in_taylor_libraryThe University of Aberdeen School of Law is delighted to offer 4 entrance scholarships of £1,000 each to eligible Canadian students admitted to study the Bachelor Law with English Law (LLB) in September 2017.

The Award honours the contributions made by our alumni. Among our alumni in Canada is the late Honourable Bertha Wilson, who graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 1944 and became the first woman appointed to serve on the Supreme Court of Canada in 1982. She was awarded Doctor of Laws, honoris causa,by the University of Aberdeen in 1989. We value the enduring inspiration that alumni such as the Honourable Bertha Wilson give to our university and our law communities.
